2. After the empty-car test, the stage feeding test machine will start, and the number of feeding and steel balls will be one third of the normal matching ratio. Continue to rotate for 12-24 hours to observe closely the operation of the ball mill and record well. After the first stage, the second stage feeding and the number of steel balls will be two-thirds of the normal matching ratio, and continue to run for 24-48 hours. The last stage is full ball full material operation, and strict monitoring for more than 72 hours and record, if there is no problem need to confirm again whether the bolt of the mill is tightened.
3. When testing the ball mill, we should always monitor whether the temperature is normal, such as lubrication system, motor, transmission shaft, reducer and so on.
4. Finally, attention should be paid to checking whether the contact between the tooth surfaces of the big and small gears meets the requirements of the drawings. If everything is normal, it can be turned on exactly.
