The working principle of aluminum ash ball mill
The aluminum ash is spirally and evenly entered into the first chamber of the mill by the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft. When the cylinder rotates at a certain speed around the horizontal axis, it will be brought to a certain height. When its own gravity is greater than the centrifugal force, it will be thrown or rolled down from the inner wall of the cylinder, and the aluminum ash will be hit and ground due to the impact force. Then the aluminum ash enters the second warehouse for further grinding. The grinding action occurs between the grinding body, the lining plate and the aluminum ash to make the material fine. Then, the aluminum ash powder is discharged through the discharge grate to complete the aluminum ash grinding operation.
