First, let's see how the heat of the main bearing of the ball mill comes from. The main bearing heat of the ball mill is mainly the frictional heat generated between the bushing and the journal. The maximum temperature that the main bearing can withstand is 70 degrees Celsius. If this temperature is exceeded, the bearing will be damaged, the service life of the bearing will be shortened, and the lubrication of the ball mill will be affected.
 
In normal  operation, we generally have two ways to reduce the temperature of the ball mill main bearing.
 
First, we can use a circulating cooling water system to introduce cooling water into the main bearing.
 
Second, there are cast holes in the ball mill's spherical tile. We can let water enter through the pipe and enter the ball mill's main shaft to cool.
