In order to achieve safe and efficient production of the ball mill, operators should pay more attention to all aspects of the equipment, so as not to cause malfunctions or affect production efficiency. The following describes the precautions in using the ball mill.

1. Before starting. Attention should be paid to check whether the lubricating oil at each lubrication point of the equipment is proper and added when it is insufficient; the bolts of the grinding board lining bolt, the grinding head and the cylinder connecting bolt are loose and tightened reliably. Especially for new-type ball mills, it should be checked whether the steel ball filling rate in the machine meets the requirements. If it does not meet the requirements, it will be dealt with immediately.

2. During operation. Attention should be paid to the speed of the ball mill, which must not be less than 400 rpm. It should be checked every 1 to 2 hours during operation to ensure the normal operation of the ball mill. The continuous running time should generally not exceed 12 hours, otherwise the machine will be overloaded or the machine will fail. Appears; at the same time, pay attention to check the oil quantity and temperature of each lubricating part, and regularly refuel. If there is abnormal noise from the ball mill during work, immediately turn off the power and find out the cause in time.

3. When parking. When the ball mill is finished, it should be noted that the ball mill should be turned off before the power is turned off. Then carry out a comprehensive inspection of the equipment. If there is an abnormal failure, report it to the technician immediately and give a timely solution; meanwhile, after the machine is stopped, prevent the barrel from being deformed due to long-term stopping of the grinding. And, during this time, start the high-pressure oil pump to avoid rubbing the bearing bush due to cold shrinkage. The mill rotates 180 times each time.

4. Pay attention when placing. When the ball mill is placed for a long time, it should be noted that after the temperature of the ball mill body has completely dropped to the ambient temperature, stop with cooling water, and blow the water in the spindle bush clean with compressed air to prevent the equipment from rusting.
