1. Before starting, you should contact the production part, which is related to the work of the grinding unit. The electrician checks whether the insulation condition of the drive motor of the ball mill is good, whether the excitation control cabinet is allowed to test and start, and the drive motor is started when the control device is not faulty. The motor can be automatically started by pressing the start button; the manual starter starts the motor, first press the start button, the motor starts to rotate, when the motor speed reaches the rated speed, press the run button.
2. Start the second-stage sand pump and start the second-stage ball mill, then start the first-stage sand pump and a ball mill, turn on the water valve to supply water to the first-stage mill and mud tank. The mill is idle for 1-2 minutes. After the standby group is running normally, Start the feeding device of the ball mill to control the feeding amount and stabilize the feeding. Pay attention to whether the front and rear end cover and cylinder block of the grinder are leaking, and adjust the working conditions of the grinder according to the change of ore.
3. The liquid level in the slurry tank should be high, its function is to enable the pump to feed normally and smoothly, while allowing enough time for the air in the slurry to settle; observe the production status of the cyclone, and produce the cyclone normally Marked as an umbrella shape, the appropriate umbrella angle is 20°-30°. If the angle is greater than the angle, the sediment concentration is low and the content of fine particles is high, and the classification efficiency is low. In the case of an angle, the concentration of gravel is high and the content of coarse fraction in the overflow is high, and the classification efficiency is also low. Adjust the amount of water added to the slurry tank to control the feed concentration of the cyclone separator to a certain extent, so that the cyclone separator works well.
