1. When starting: pay attention to check whether the lubricating oil at each lubrication point of the equipment is correct, and add it when it is insufficient; the bolts of the grinding plate liner, the bolts of the grinding head and the cylinder connecting bolts are loose and tightened reliably. Especially for the new type of ball mill, check whether the filling rate of the steel balls in the machine meets the requirements. If it does not meet the requirements, it will be dealt with immediately.
2. During operation: Pay attention to the speed of the ball mill, which should not be less than 400 rpm. During operation, check every 1 to 2 hours to ensure the normal operation of the ball mill. The continuous operation time should normally not exceed 12 hours, otherwise the machine will be overloaded or the machine will fail. Appear; At the same time, pay attention to check the oil quantity and temperature of each lubrication part, and add oil regularly. If the ball mill makes an abnormal sound during work, please turn off the power immediately and find out the cause in time.
3. When shutting down: After the ball mill is completed, it should be noted that the ball mill should be turned off before turning off the power. Then conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment. If you find an abnormal fault, please report it to the technician immediately and solve it in time; at the same time, after the machine stops running, prevent the barrel from being deformed due to the long-term stop of grinding, and pay attention to the rotation of the grinding body. And during this period, start the high-pressure oil pump to avoid friction of the bearing bush due to cold shrinkage. The mill rotates 180 times each time.
4. When placed: When placing the ball mill for a long time, it should be noted that after the temperature of the ball mill body is completely reduced to the ambient temperature, stop the operation with cooling water and use compressed air to prevent the equipment from rusting.
